HelioCampus is a data analytics and institutional performance management platform used by PGCC to leverage data for strategic decision-making, focusing on areas such as student success, financial sustainability, academic planning, and assessment. When to Use: Faculty, staff, and administrators use HelioCampus to analyze and visualize institutional data that supports student success, academic planning, and operational decision-making. It helps PGCC make informed choices by turning complex data into actionable insights aligned with strategic goals.
Training Delivery Method(s)
- Instructor-led
- Academic Coordinators and faculty involved in assessment must attend a workshop to equip them with setting up key assignments for assessment, connecting assignments to our new software, and reading assessment results.
- On-Demand - Self-paced learning modules are available anytime
To enroll in any of the instructor-led courses, go to Cornerstone and select "Browse for Training" under the Learning tab.

Access this system within the Employee Apps section of the myPGCC Portal.
- Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/
- Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"
- Scroll down to view "Employee Apps"
