Description
HelioCampus is an institutional performance management platform that PGCC uses to leverage data for strategic decision-making. It emphasizes key areas such as student success, continuous improvement, academic planning, and assessment. The module used at PGCC is called Assessment and Credentialing for Higher Education.
HelioCampus integrates data from PGCC's SIS, LMS, and other systems. This integration enables us to directly connect evidence with institutional and accreditation standards. It provides faculty and staff with consistent visibility to monitor learning outcomes and enhance student success.
When to Use: Faculty, staff, and administration should use HelioCampus at any time they need to analyze and visualize institutional data that supports student success, academic planning, and operational decision-making. This tool helps PGCC make informed decisions by transforming complex data into actionable insights that align with strategic objectives.
Training Delivery Method(s)
- Instructor-led
- Academic Coordinators and faculty involved in assessment must attend a workshop to equip them with setting up key assignments for assessment, connecting assignments to our new software, and reading assessment results.
- On-Demand - Self-paced learning modules are available anytime. To enroll in any of the instructor-led courses, go to Cornerstone and select "Browse for Training" under the Learning tab.

How to Access HelioCampus?
Access this system within the Employee Apps section of the myPGCC Portal.
- Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/
- Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"
- Scroll down to view "Employee Apps"
- Select
to launch Heliocampus.
