Description 

HelioCampus is a data analytics and institutional performance management platform used by PGCC to leverage data for strategic decision-making, focusing on areas such as student success, financial sustainability, academic planning, and assessment. It is used at PGCC to leverage data for strategic decision-making, focusing on areas such as student success, financial sustainability, academic planning, and assessment. 

When to Use: Faculty, staff, and administrators use HelioCampus to analyze and visualize institutional data that supports student success, academic planning, and operational decision-making. It helps PGCC make informed choices by turning complex data into actionable insights aligned with strategic goals.

Training Delivery Method(s)

  • Instructor-led
    • Academic Coordinators and faculty involved in assessment must attend a workshop to equip them with setting up key assignments for assessment, connecting assignments to our new software, and reading assessment results.
  • On-Demand - Self-paced learning modules are available anytime 

To enroll in any of the instructor-led courses, go to Cornerstone and select "Browse for Training" under the Learning tab.

How to Access HelioCampus?

Access this system within the Employee Apps section of the myPGCC Portal.  

  1. Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/     
  2. Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"  
  3. Scroll down to view "Employee Apps"  
  4. Select  Heliocampus application icon to launch Heliocampus.
