Description
Adobe Acrobat Pro is a PDF software tool used to view, create, edit, and manage PDF documents. It allows users to create PDFs from various file types, edit text and images within PDFs, convert PDFs to other formats, and protect documents with passwords.
When to Use: Use Adobe Acrobat Pro when you need to create, edit, or securely share PDF documents for professional or academic purposes. It allows you to add e-signatures, fill out forms, and protect sensitive information, making it ideal for official reports, contracts, and collaboration.
NOTE: As a PGCC employee, you can access over 30+ applications for free, including Adobe Acrobat Pro under Adobe Creative Cloud. See "How to Access?" section of this article.

Who Has Access?
How to Access?
- Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/
- Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"
- Scroll down to view "Employee Apps"
- Select
to Adobe Creative Cloud website and sign in using your PGCC credentials.
- Upon successful sign in, select All apps and click
to launch Adobe Acrobat.
- NOTE: Follow the prompts to Download or Install the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat.
