Description

AD Astra is an academic resource scheduling system that is used for booking classrooms, labs, conference rooms for meetings and events.

    • Self-paced learning modules are available anytime

To enroll in any of the instructor-led courses, go to Cornerstone and select "Browse for Training" under the Learning tab, or visit the TTMD Technology Training page to view upcoming session dates.

When to Use** 

AD Astra is used when you need to reserve space on the college campus.

How to Access 

  1. Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/     
  2. Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"  
  3. Scroll down to view "Employee Apps"  
  4. SelectAd Astra blue and white logoto launch AD Astra.

 

Additional Learning Opportunities 

  • All use of space outside of assigned offices and class times must be reserved through the Center for Performing Arts & Events Management. You can make a reservation request here: Make Reservations. Reservations should be made at least 2 weeks before your intended meeting or event. Requests made with less than 2 weeks’ notice may not be accommodated. Some conference rooms may be booked via Outlook; these conference rooms come as-is. If technology support is required, an askPGCC Ticket should be submitted.
