Who Has Access
How to Access
- Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/
- Click "myPGCC" and enter your PGCC Username & Password
- Select "Faculty and Staff"
- Click on the waffle icon, aka App launcher, to access all Microsoft 365 Applications as shown below.

Training Plan Objectives
- Introduce the Microsoft 365 environment – Provide an overview of key applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint) and how they support academic and administrative tasks.
- Enhance communication and collaboration – Enable faculty and staff to effectively use Microsoft Teams and Outlook for scheduling, virtual meetings, messaging, and managing email communication with colleagues and students.
- Increase efficiency with Office tools – Develop skills using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for preparing course materials, reports, and presentations.
- Facilitate secure document storage and sharing – Promote best practices for organizing, accessing, and sharing documents using OneDrive and SharePoint within the college's digital ecosystem.

Promote data security and responsible usage – Reinforce institutional policies and practices for protecting sensitive data, managing permissions, and maintaining compliance within Microsoft 365.

Encourage use of productivity and teaching tools – Introduce applications like Microsoft Forms, Planner, and OneNote to support course management, student engagement, and administrative workflows.
