- Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"
- Scroll down to view "Employee Apps"

to launch AD Astra.
Training Plan
To enroll in any of the instructor-led courses, go to Cornerstone and select "Browse for Training" under the Learning tab, or visit the TTMD Technology Training page to view upcoming session dates.

Module 1: LaunchPad: Getting Started With AD Astra
Objective: Familiarize users with the purpose, interface, and basic functionalities of the software.

Module 2: The Schedulers Toolkit

Objective: Develop user proficiency in core functions and shortcuts to increase efficiency.
- Effectively schedule courses, events, and meetings.
- Optimize space utilization and minimize scheduling conflicts.
- Generate reports on room usage and scheduling data.
- Manage resources, including equipment and technology.

Additional Learning Opportunities
- All use of space outside of assigned offices and class times must be reserved through the Center for Performing Arts & Events Management. You can make a reservation request here: Make Reservations. Reservations should be made at least 2 weeks before your intended meeting or event. Requests made with less than 2 weeks’ notice may not be accommodated. Some conference rooms may be booked via Outlook; these conference rooms come as-is. If technology support is required, an askPGCC Ticket should be submitted.
