This knowledge article demonstrates how to search and register for Continuing Education courses. Please note that you must be logged in to register and payment in full is required at registration. If you do not yet have an Owl Link account, you can create an account here. Instructions to create an account can be found here.
Step 1
On the PGCC home webpage (www.pgcc.edu) click on Programs & Courses then click Continuing Education.
Step 2
Scroll down and select Register. Login using your Owl Link Username and Password.
Step 3
If you know the section you are searching for, you can enter the Section Id, a portion of the section Id or the synonym number in the Search for sections field in the upper right corner and press Enter. If not, you can search by entering Meeting Start Date or After and/or Meeting End Date to get a list of courses available in those date ranges. You can also enter a Course Code Number or a Keyword, Days of the Week, Time of Day, Topic Code and/or Location and press the Search button at the bottom of the screen.

In the below example, Excel has been entered in the Course Code Number field, where a Keyword can also be entered and the Meeting Start Date or After is 3/30/23.

The screen below is the result of the above search. Note that the courses are on Excel and the start date is on or after 3/31/23. You can further filter the results of the search by selection options under Filter Results. Press Select if you see a course you wish to register for.
Step 6
After Selecting the course you wish to register for, you will see the section details screen. If you wish to register, click on Add Section.
Step 7
Notice that the Select box is grayed out in the section you selected. Click on the blue Next to continue registering for this course.
Step 8
You will then be on the Additional Details screen. Enter the Education Goal by selecting the dropdown arrow, then enter the Reason for Taking and How You Learned About the Class. Click Submit.
Step 9
You will be taken to the Register and Pay for Continuing Education Classes screen. Here you have the option to Delete the class that you are registering for, Add More Classes or select the Payment Method and Proceed to Payment. Note that the entire bill will need to be paid at this time. No partial payments are accepted.
Step 10
Select a Payment Method using the dropdown.

Select Proceed to Payment.

Select Pay Now

Enter credit card information, confirm name, billing address and email. This email will be where your confirmation registration will be sent. Click Pay Now. PGCC does not accept American Express.
Step 14
You will receive a Class/Payment Acknowledgement.
