First, in the Outlook application, click File on the top left:

Go to the bottom of the page and click Manage Add-ins:

This will open your default web browser to the OwlMail webpage* and will automatically open the Add-ins window. Search for Zoom and click Zoom for Outlook.
*If you are not already signed in to a Microsoft services webpage (e.g. Outlook for Web), you will have to enter your PGCC email and sign in via SSO.

Click Add. You can then close out of the webpage.

When you go back to Outlook, and start scheduling a meeting, you will now see the Zoom icons:
