The Yubikey is used to protect access to the PGCC network, computers, and services requiring authentication. It provides users a way to securely log into their account by emitting one-time passwords generated by the device.
1. On the Faculty & Staff Portal page, locate the Password & Account Management tile and click to open.

2. On the Faculty & Staff Portal page, locate the Password & Account Management tile and click to open.


3. Select the Yubikey Tokens tab:

4. Next, Click Add new YubiKey Token:

5. Enter your college password:

6. After entering password, a YubiKey Enrollment form will be displayed.

7. Insert your YubiKey into a USB Port on your docking station or laptop.
8. Please enter a description name.

9. Select the empty space next to 2nd factor/ One Time Passcode.

10. Once the curser is blinking in the empty space in the 2nd Factor / One Time Passcode field.

11. Press and hold the gold space on the YubiKey and a One Time Password (OTP) will be automatically generated and should verify that you have successfully enrolled your YubiKey.

12. To get back to your portal Icon, please select your user name and then SSO portal from the drop-down menu.
